What do you offer?
Three kinds of help: web development (sites, stores, applications), workflow automation (Excel, VBA, APIs) and project support.
Who do you work for?
Small and medium businesses, independents, associations and individuals.
How does a project run?
First conversation, scoping, quote, step-by-step delivery, acceptance and go-live. See how I work.
How is the price set?
Each request gets a quote, based on the scope defined together during scoping.
Do you offer training, support or maintenance?
Not as standard: they are not included in the services. They can be covered by an additional contract, to be requested and subscribed separately, drawn up on a quote basis. Each service is carried out with a best-efforts obligation, after a quote.
Do I need to provide a specification document?
No: a description of your need is enough to start. Scoping exists precisely to state it. See the article on specifications.
Where do you work?
All of France, remotely. Travel is possible on request within a reasonable area; the costs incurred are borne by the client.
Search ranking and site quality
Can you guarantee my position in Google?
No, nobody can: ranking depends on competition and search engine changes. I build a site that is sound technically and editorially. See why organic search is an investment.
How long before results show?
Organic search builds over time: allow several months, depending on your sector and what already exists.
Will my site be fast and accessible?
It is a requirement of every project: light pages, mobile display, contrast and keyboard navigation. Automated tests check it before each release.
Personal data and cookies
Which personal data do you collect?
Only what is necessary: your contact details and the content of your message, to answer your request. Details are in the privacy policy.
How long do you keep my message?
For the time needed to handle your request, then it is deleted. Messages arrive by email: no copy is stored on the site.
Are there advertising cookies?
No. The site sets no cookies and contains no advertising or audience-measurement tool. Only your display preference (light or dark) is remembered in your browser.
How do I exercise my rights over my data?
By writing to the address given in the privacy policy: access, correction, deletion, objection. You get an answer within one month.
