My background
Computer science engineer (CPE Lyon, 2022) with a master’s in Management and Information Systems Strategy (IAE Lyon, 2023), I am a data and AI consultant at Keyrus (permanent contract) and a sole proprietor through Synapsys. Since 2019 I have worked at the interface between business and technology: translating a need into an IT solution, then making sure it is built, delivered and used.
What characterises me is my multidisciplinary approach: I like running several topics of different natures in parallel, and I am comfortable with technical and functional issues alike. It is a project-management asset: I adapt to the people I talk to and act as a go-between for business and technology. This ability to move between contexts, levels of language and types of project lets me connect teams that, without this mediation, would struggle to communicate. This information-and-communication go-between stance brings, project after project, a concrete gain on both the functional and the technical side.
Alongside my permanent job, I put my technical skills to use through Synapsys: designing useful solutions, continuing to learn and supporting projects.

My experience in detail
Keyrus: data and AI consultant (permanent contract, since September 2026, Villeurbanne)
I work on several assignments in parallel, in varied client contexts, with a multi-hat approach adapted to each project: Product Owner, Business Analyst, project manager or Analytics Engineer.
This range of roles lets me support clients across the whole data and AI value chain, from functional scoping and defining the need to the technical management of data and artificial intelligence projects.
My dual technical and functional skill set lets me understand business issues, scope and manage a project, and discuss architecture and implementation choices for data and AI with technical teams.
Office d’accueil et de services étudiant (OSE): permanent contract, September 2023 to August 2026, Lyon
Application Product Owner
MAGE is the mutual and provident insurer of the French national education sector. Within OSE’s IT department, which serves several legal entities, I was Product Owner of the digital subscription platform that lets members take out mutual and provident insurance contracts online. It is maintained by an in-house development team (.NET back end, Angular front end).
- Management of the product backlog and prioritisation; consistency between development and technical and security architecture choices; attention to technical debt.
- Agile rituals (daily, sprint planning with Planning Poker estimation, workload management, reviews and retrospectives), run in Azure DevOps.
- Business workshops and Design Thinking sessions to scope needs, then User Stories and acceptance criteria.
- Management of functional acceptance testing, automated functional tests and monitoring of GDPR compliance.
- Solution hosted on Azure, exposed through a REST API, with a monitored CI/CD delivery pipeline.
- Level 2 support, with analysis of application logs.
ERP business analyst
Logifac and Fac-Habitat are two brands operating a network of 20,000 student housing units in France. They rely on TEGIA, an ERP published by Sopra Steria and shared between several landlords, in a V-model cycle.
- Gathering and formalising the landlords’ needs, writing functional specifications.
- Liaison with Sopra Steria on enhancements and defects, and management of acceptance testing of deliveries.
- Day-to-day follow-up of requests in Kanban with Trello.
- Support for setting up a document management system (Youdoc) and monitoring of EDI exchanges with the CNAF.
- Compliance work specific to student social housing: electronic invoicing, DPE, SLS, RPLS, OPS.
Cross-functional project manager
I led transformation and compliance projects on the software of the application infrastructure, through steering committees and project committees.
- Introduction of agentic generative artificial intelligence in the company, with staff awareness-raising.
- Deployment of document management systems (Youdoc, Docuware) and automation of flows on the Zendesk CRM.
- Compliance: electronic invoicing in the ERP and GDPR for a data infrastructure.
- Improving online reputation: site monitoring, tagging, Google My Business.
- Mass document archiving (document backlog recovery) with Yousign electronic signature.
Data warehouse project manager (data project manager)
I led the migration of a legacy on-premises data platform (SSIS/SSRS) to a cloud architecture on Snowflake, to centralise the company’s data and reduce direct exchanges between applications, along with the technical dependencies they create.
- Design of the overall data exchange architecture and flows.
- Target platform in a medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold): raw data, cleaned and transformed data, data ready for business reporting.
- Follow-up of modelling and transformation in dbt; decision-support reporting in Qlik Sense for management.
- Steering of the master data repository (MDM), which ensures consistency between business systems.
- Interface between technical data teams and business stakeholders.
Groupe UITSEM: work-study, project manager (September 2022 to August 2023, Lyon)
Within Uitsem’s IT department (brands SMERRA, student insurance, and MAGE), I acted as an information-and-communication go-between for business and technology: translating needs into IT solutions, from needs analysis to delivery.
- Management and evolution of a portfolio of 10 showcase websites (WordPress, Drupal, custom PHP developments), a complete overhaul including the creation of 4 new websites, domain names (DNS) and continuous technical monitoring.
- Supplier management, relations with the business, management of development environments and of releases to production.
- Audience measurement (Matomo, Google Tag Manager) and automation of flows between business tools (Intercom, Pipedrive, Zapier).
Alstom: work-study, Analytics Engineer (September 2019 to August 2022, Villeurbanne)
At the railway electronics centre of excellence in Villeurbanne, in the Offers department (cost estimating, delivery schedules, pre-sales production volumes, calculation rules combining financial parameters and component wear modelling), I led for three years an end-to-end Business Intelligence project to modernise the department’s tools and methods, from data generation to reporting.
- Improvement and maintenance of the estimating tool (Excel, VBA, Power Pivot).
- Processing chain: extraction with Python scripts, transformation and industrialisation of ETL flows in Talend, server management for hosting, data exposed through a RESTful Python API.
- Modelling of a Big Data warehouse in a constellation architecture on MySQL.
- Decision-support reporting in Power BI then Qlik Sense for operational teams and management.
- Foundations laid for data science in Python: categorising similar offers to anticipate trends, macro-estimating.
- Cross-functional project manager approach: roadmap, business workshops, requirements gathering, functional specifications, change management, acceptance follow-up.
What this brings to your projects
- A contact who understands both business and technology: you do not need to “translate” your need.
- Hands-on experience with websites: managing 10 sites, creating 4 sites, DNS, production releases.
- Real automations: Excel and VBA, Python scripts, flows between online tools.
- Project management: steering committees, acceptance testing, change management, PMP certification.
- A concern for compliance: GDPR, data protection, e-invoicing.
- A data and AI culture: from data architecture to generative artificial intelligence.

Data integration and engineering
From data project manager to Analytics Engineer, I have designed and followed data chains end to end. Here is what that means in practice.
- Cloud migration: from an on-premises platform (SSIS/SSRS) to Snowflake, to centralise data and reduce direct exchanges between applications and the technical dependencies they create.
- Exchange architecture: design of the overall data exchange architecture and flows.
- Medallion architecture: bronze (raw data), silver (cleaned and transformed), gold (ready for business reporting).
- Modelling and transformation: followed in dbt; Big Data warehouse in a constellation schema on MySQL.
- Processing chain: extraction with Python scripts, ETL flows in Talend, exposure through a RESTful Python API.
- Master data repository (MDM): consistency between business systems.
- Decision-support reporting: Power BI then Qlik Sense, for management and operational teams.
- Data science foundations in Python: categorising similar offers to anticipate trends, macro-estimating.
My common thread: centralise and control data in one single place rather than multiplying point-to-point connections between applications. This ties in with my automation offer.
