Where the publisher processes data on behalf of its business clients as part of a service, it acts as a processor: this policy does not apply to that processing, which falls under the relevant client’s own policy.

No data is sold or used for advertising. There is no fully automated decision-making. Outgoing links to LinkedIn or to a subdomain of synapsys-developpement.fr carry measurement parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) that only indicate where the click came from: the site uses no cookie or tracker and does not process them itself.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for the publisher of the site. It may be processed by providers, within the limits of their mission:
- Hosting: OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), website hosted in the OVHcloud data centre in Gravelines, France (European Union)
- Mailbox: OVH (OVHcloud)
They may also be disclosed to authorised authorities, on request, in the cases provided for by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is not transferred outside the European Union: the website is entirely static and hosted in France.
Cookies and trackers
The website sets no cookies and contains no advertising, no audience-measurement tool and no third-party hosted content. A single item is kept in your browser’s local storage, without being sent to a server: your display preference (light or dark).

Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it, and the right to set directives on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them, write to dpo@synapsys-developpement.fr or to the publisher’s postal address (60 Rue Antonin Perrin, 69100 Villeurbanne, France). You will receive an answer within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests; proof of identity may only be requested where there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

Security
The website is served over HTTPS. It is entirely static: it has no database, no administration area and no online form.
Who the site is for
The website is aimed at professionals and adult individuals. It is not intended for children under 15.
