Work: my own projects
Four projects that I design and build myself, presented with their context, technical choices, difficulties and real progress status.
Four projects, four progress statuses
No client case study is shown here: these are my own projects, described without invented figures. Each page states what is delivered, what is under way and what remains to be done.
Boussole

Passerelle

Digital products shop

BetNawak

What these projects have in common
- A specification written before the code, and documentation kept up to date.
- Automated tests and quality checks run locally.
- Data and secret isolation designed in from the start.
- Container-based deployment and dependencies chosen with restraint.
This website, an example of the approach
This website is a project in itself: a static site generated with Astro, with no CMS or database, content in JSON validated at build time, fonts hosted on the site, French and English versions, structured data and accessibility checked by automated tests before every release.
To understand some of the choices, read WordPress or a custom-built website: how to choose?
My ready-to-use utilities are presented separately: Automations and utilities.
